Cooter out did himself tonight.  He is in trouble for shooting the fireworks off at his girlfriends house so he took boxes of fireworks over to a retarded neighbor and shot them off there.  Nice guy right….

Cops came.  He talked to the neighbor ( here by known as the Village Idiot) then left.  The display was so large that it was seen several blocks away…..
